MUNICIPAL UTILITIES (in the Kingdom of God)

We all know that The Kingdom of God also needs muncipal utilities and services. One of the serving units is called Fountain repair and cleaning unit. I was able to follow this unit at their work an entire day. It really was very informative to me and I do appreciate the servants of this Kingdom much more. There is another unit in this section called Fountain seeking and opening unit. They call the servants of this unit evangelists.

In the beginning we had a short info session, where I was able to get oriented in their activities. They all operate under the command of the King, and they do have the very same attentive mind concerning the fountain maintenance. This work began almost 2000 years ago, when the King met a Samaritan lady at a well, and said these words:" Whoever drinks of this water will thirst again, but whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst. But the water that I shall give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life." (John 4:13,14) Things are in order when the fountain springs up fresh and clean water. Unfortunately things are not always like that:"But those things that proceed out of the mouth come from the heart, and they defile a man. For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false wittness, blasphemies."(Matt.15:18,19) There are many these kind of cases, and they keep the unit very, very busy. With a mysterious scanning system they find defiled fountains:" The Lord knows the thought of men, that they are futile."(Ps.94:11) They did not explain that system to me. It was a professional secret, I guess, but it really was very effective.

Then we started to go from house to house and the servants knocked on doors. Some people opened their doors, some people did not. I marveled at those people, who did not open they dors, because I had a bad feeling about their destiny. I asked them, why they did not just rush in and clean those fountains. We obey King's orders, they replied. They called this present time days of dispensation, the time of grace, which means that people are free to use their own will as they wish. They had no permission to enter without permission. They had to obey the present procedure to the time of "the total renewal of the municipal utilities". They called it the total renovation:"Nevertheless, according to His promise,we look for a new heavens and new earth in which righteousness dwells." (2.Peter 3:13) Till that time they had to follow this procedure:"Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come to him and dine with him and he with Me."(Rev.3:20) This they had to do, though they have the royal authority:"Most assuredly, I say to you, he who receives whom I send receives Me; and he who receives Me receives Him, who sent Me."(John 13:20)

This is a good day, they said, because more people opened their doors than usual. Ordinarily in the maintenance event they clear up what caused the contamination, and also what kind of impurity there might be. A typical case looked like this:"But no man can tame the tongue. It is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison. With it we bless God and Father, and with it we curse men, who have been made in the similitude of God. Out of the same mouth proceeds blessing and cursing. My brethen, these things ought not to be so. Does a spring send forth fresh water and bitter water from the same opening? Thus no spring yilds both salt water and fresh." (James 3:8-12) The repair method in those kind of cases was to put human relations in order, and also forgiving others plus ask for forgiveness. The detergent they used looked very simple and old fashioned, but it worked so quickly and effectively:"and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin." (1.John 1:7) Soon the fountain sprang up fresh and clean water:"I will be glad and rejoice in You; I will sing praise to Your name, o Most High."(Ps.9:2) Many people opened their doors that day and they truly shall be blessed, because:"Blessed are the pure in heart, because they shall see God."(Matt.5:18)

I close my short report here. I got permission to follow another unit at their work later. I will give you that report of the in due time.

With cleansing greetings
